F. Edward Starzyk is a government relations professional with almost 25 years of legislative and political experience at the federal and state levels, bringing an intelligent and innovative approach to lobbying and grassroots advocacy.
An analytical and intuitive government relations professional, Mr. Starzyk, specializes in Agricultural issues, Native American affairs, conservation and ESA issues, as well as healthcare, alternative energy, and emergency management issues. Mr. Starzyk’s experience has led to numerous victories for his clients, including securing millions of dollars in federal appropriations, helping write legislation transferring federal land into trust for tribal clients, securing language in the Affordable Care Act for a health care client, defeating anti-ESA riders in appropriations bills spanning several Congresses, and securing authorizing language in Farm Bills for multiple agricultural clients.
As a veteran campaign manager, senior Hill staffer for former Ways & Means Committee Chairman Sander Levin of Michigan, legislative and political director for a large union, and federal contract lobbyist, Mr. Starzyk has a unique blend of experiences that serves his clients well.
Mr. Starzyk resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, four sons, and two dogs. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Political Science and an M.L.S. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Indigenous Peoples Law.
